Massage Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment. To accommodate all of our clients and therapist, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

2. Late Cancellations/No-Shows:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of scheduled service.

3. No-Show Policy:
Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.

4. Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty if done within the designated cancellation notice period.

5. Refunds:
Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments or late cancellations.

6. Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
